Dr. Paul Roehrig is a highly regarded industry leader with a wealth of experience in
technology and digital transformation.
Currently the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Ascendion, a software engineering
and talent transformation company, Paul is responsible for driving the company's
strategic direction and spearheading its brand value and position in the market.
He is a co-author of multiple award-winning and best-selling books: Monster: A Tough
Love Letter On Taming The Machines That Rule Our Jobs, Lives, and Future (2021), What To Do
When Machines Do Everything (2017), and Code Halos: How the Digital Lives of People, Things,
and Organizations are Changing the Rules of Business (2014).
Throughout his career, Paul has held senior executive roles at renowned organizations
such as Cognizant, where he founded and led the Center for The Future of Work,
Forrester Research, and Hewlett-Packard.
His expertise and perspectives on digital transformation, AI, the technology market, and
the future of work are regularly featured in various global media channels such as Forbes,
